Sophie Bille Brahe offers a 14-day return window from the date of receipt for all fine jewelry, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all security tags intact. Please note that bespoke orders and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring the security tag remains attached, and include the original invoice inside the parcel.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided DHL shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized service point or schedule a collection at your convenience.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier inspects the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
